Like many of our clients, Grupo Vicca approached us in 2019 to transform their digital presence, which until then had been in its infancy and focused primarily on social media for their various casino brands. We proposed starting with the development of their website, thus laying the foundation for an organized and coherent digital ecosystem that would convert visitors into potential customers for their brick-and-mortar casinos.
The initial challenge was to consolidate the information and brand architecture that had been built around Casinos Grupo Vicca, encompassing 16 land-based casinos, one online casino, and five different brands, with a presence in six major cities in Colombia. Following the successful completion of the website and the integration of various CRM, remarketing, and retargeting tools, we continued our collaboration by organizing their various social media profiles, especially on the META platform, and subsequently by creating a monthly content schedule that includes everything from graphic pieces, copy, and captions for their social media channels to content for the blog and biweekly email newsletter.
